Paulaner Cola Launch

For the launch of the new Paulaner Cola, we shifted the focus from classic product staging to community-driven experiences. Together with Pioneers Agency, we built a campaign designed to turn analog moments into shared memories – proof that a product launch can be an experience rather than an advertisement.

At the heart of the activation: retro photo booths placed in 25 culturally relevant Paulaner partner stores across Germany, each turning a fleeting moment into something to keep. To extend the vibe beyond the streets, we created a custom seeding pack featuring the hero can alongside a Leica instant camera, inviting selected creators to capture their own perspective. The result: 8 million Paulaner Cola cans in just four weeks.
